Funny thing. I have to be warm to fall asleep. I wear socks and that warms me up fast then I pull them off sometime after I fall asleep because they are off in the morning 😂

Ok I hope you see this! My youngest has fought his sleep ans when I say I HAVE tried everything! He’s almost 8. I mean everything even cooling the room. He is in flight or fight mode no matter what time it is in the evening for bed. Literally wants to lay next to me and smell me and combining this with the warm bath, (used to do melatonin and it didn’t help), no screen time hours before, night time routines of book reading, perfect lighting, I MEAN everything. Magnesium, etc… my other children never did this stuff. I am LOST . This has been nightly for years since his birth. Even old videos I have of him tossing and kicking his legs to not sleep and he twitches as night even still to not sleep. I’m desperate
