I like to save this as a programming wherever believe you have about yourself just ditch it Think of anything you wanna be just every day say this to yourself make your brain believe what you’re saying is true and just every day. Do a little step to be a representation of what you’re talking about if you give yourself short-term goals and reach them one then another than another it doesn’t seem so long and unbelievably impossible.
