This is SPECIFICALLY to help most people qualify for low-income housing. $100k isn’t truly “low-income”, not even in LA/OC. It’s actually a very livable wage if you’re a single person.

The ceiling for “low income” is supposed to be 80% of median. But the table says median for household of size 1 is 97,000 and 80% of that would be $77,600. Please explain.
