A paramedic with a few years of experience can have a great impact on a patients care simply because we get 20-30 minutes of 1:1 care and assessment time that other providers in EM do not. I always appreciate a hospital that has a strong paramedic to physician report system in place when we arrive. Unfortunately most people don’t know or understand the abilities and potential of EMS and what we can add to the local EM system. Great video!
