I don't think this is right. it's not weight , but construction that defines a commercial vehicle for HMRC. EV version night have low BIK.

Total nonsense!! If it’s not kitted out as a commercial vehicle, so removed passenger seats etc, then it won’t be classed as a commercial/ LGV. It doesn’t pass the sniff test, so BS
