I remember when I was a teen, my buddy had a gym membership and would go in first, open the back door for the rest of us, and we would get the best sessions in. Great times, and now lifting is a lifelong commitment of mine

My gym lets kids in free for the summer and at first I didn’t like it cause a bunch of kids were just fucking around but I remembered I was a kid once too. Soon after it was only the kids who were serious about it, and there’s a girl who’s like 16 who asks me for tips sometimes (I’m a newbie myself so I don’t always know but I do my best)

We have this issue in my gym. The kids are messing around with the weights though and I’m concerned someone will get hurt as they don’t know how to use them properly. Not much I can do but the noise they make and sitting around on equipment is annoying
