Honestly it’s really not that bad! I truly love it here! I think your eel reference is iguanas. It’s an invasive species here but in the 14 years I’ve lived here I haven’t had any issues with them. I just leave them alone. As for your hair, you have to find a hair spray and hair routine when styling it. Extreme hold hairspray will be your best friend. I use a 1 inch curling iron and make sure they are tighter curls so then they can fall to look nice.
