lets say there is 400 see and sprayer machines like yours out there. jd or whatever company should have the person that came up with and designed come out to the field and fix the problem. not just send the field techs out on a wild goose chase.

Wild guess had one doing similar stuff a few years ago. Check the three way air valve for purge. They have a tendency to leak air. Possibly could be pushing air into the system causing flow to back up into tanks or causing pumps to be starved. May not be the issue but it’s worth a check. We started putting hand air valves into the purge system to stop some problems. Just a thought. Good luck.

So I’m making sure I’m understanding you correctly. If you in combined tank high flow tank 2 is going into tank 1? Does it do it if you shut the agitation off? Are you low level floats working correctly, these are what control the tank sump logic to keep from sucking air in combined tank if one tanks runs empty first. In combined tank mode one tank will fill up while sitting with agitation running, but the equalizer valve logic is supposed to close the equalizer valve if either tank reaches 102% which would stop the cross filling.

The equalizer valve may say it’s working but the ball might not be moving, happened to our machine this spring also, might be worth checking

I’ve been keeping tabs on you cause I was pretty interested in how see and spary works and goes. A few videos ago you said why wouldn’t you upgrade to to see and spray and this would be why. New stuff equals more stuff to be broke/fixed

Isn’t it funny how people blame the dealers? Like I’m pretty sure they are not trying to waste everyone’s time! Since I have owned equipment all the dealer parts departments are great

I was having the same problem did a software update and hasn't done it yet . but I have had the same experience be4 i just x it out and keep running it never stop spraying though

Workin to waste money :
Deere would be happy if you just traded it off. Had a sprayer 10 years ago that couldn’t put out the rate selected. Was told there was nothing they could do. Deere has an issue with fixing problems. Currently have two tractors with issues and no fix. Good luck to you.

It took them three years to figure out how to make the rear boom delay for tall corn section control. We defol seed corn and figured it out on our own.
