You had your two soooo close together and they are both pretty much still babies. You could always wait a year reevaluate then have baby 3 and 4 close in age. That’s still a close age gap between all 4 if that’s what you’re going for!

Wow thanks for sharing! I’m feeling the exact same way as a mom of 2 and I have always wanted 3 kids but it seems like it might be impossible?? But yet I thought I was someone that did well in chaos and didn’t get overstimulated really but that has changed recently? Anyways, I’ve decided to just stop thinking about it and just re evaluate in a year or so

Were pregnant with our fourth and last & I think the key for me is not getting them all in so close together. I wanted to be done by 30 but I knew I didn’t want them less than 2 years apart for my personal sanity. The age gaps are key. You will always feel spread “thin” when they’re young but it just shifts into different tasks as they get older.

I feel you on all of this! It’s so hard but rewarding and we never feel like we’re doing enough. I have 3 kids they’re 5, 2, and 1. The hardest part going from 2-3 is being outnumbered and that they are both still babies. . But like you said, it’s this season of life and it won’t always be this way!

How many kids you can handle depends on the kind of personality you are.. If you easily get overwhelmed then 2-3 kids is a good number

As another mom who is in a similar situation (13m age gap, solo parent 6 days/week) i feel like having help twice a week would make the WORLD of difference. My mom is currently visiting and the mom/woman i am when she is here is so much more relaxed. Even one day of her being here i catch up on everything and it’s so refreshing

I feel like the size of each family is such a personal preference. I know people who have one kid & it’s perfect for them… Same for two, three, or six. Tbh I would love to have a bigger family, like five or six kids, but it’s just not realistic for us (which breaks my heart sometimes) You’ll figure it out ❤️🩹 You’re doing amazing!!

Feeling so much of this myself too lately!! I have alwaysss wanted lots of kids but 2 truly kicks my booty some days and more seems so overwhelming 🥲🥲 But also I can’t imagine not having multiple more

Thank you for the vulnerability in sharing this ♥️I watch lots of mom vlogs and constantly compare myself. To me it sounds like you might be burned out? Nanny or maybe a PA to handle more parts of your job so you can gain some time for yourself?

I wanted 4 kids when I was younger & I have 2 and my family feels complete. My thinking as a parent is it’s my responsibility to pay for college & it’s expensive so I didn’t want to keep having kids & not be able to do for my kids what I wanted.
