I love making Baked Brie Chilli with Honey, Garlic and Chilli Crisp when I want something quick, impressive and perfect for sharing with very little effort. What you NEED: 200g Brie ¼ cup honey 1 tsp crushed garlic 2 tbsp chilli crisp What you DO: Cut slits in the top of your Brie – be careful not to cut all the way through, we want that Brie to stay together. Mix together your honey and garlic. Place your Brie in an ovenproof dish and pour over your honey mix. Pop in your air fryer on 180C for 10 minutes until golden and gooey. Remove carefully and spoon over your chilli crisp. Serve warm with breadsticks, crackers or veggie sticks for dipping. This recipe is quick, impressive and absolutely perfect for entertaining – or for treating yourself on a lazy weekend night.
