but how do I measure calories of home cooked food that was cooked for a big family, I'm just having 1 spoon of this, 1 spoon of that ! or when I'm in a party? how do I guess the calorie !?

I'm actually quite obese. I have about 100 pounds to lose. and I woke up this morning to a new low. I've been eating at a small deficit all week. none of the extreme stuff I used to do. just keeping my appetite low, eating till full. and at first I felt a bit frustrated because it's so slow. but then I thought. this is the last time I'm doing this. it should be slow. I get to enjoy my body. I'm using Libra for a 📉. I weigh every day and check my blood glucose and basal temperature. and I literally feel my hormones getting to a normal cycle.

i feel like for ladies the basic tracking should be during all phases rather than just a week 🤣🤣🤣
i tried this few weeks ago. did also maintenance and found out i binge when bored and rest of time when busy i eat very well even in deficit sometimes 👌🤣 now in deficit ( low ) i am approaching period and oh my... i am struggling 🤣🤣🤣
