Congratulations!! I graduate in December and I’ve already scoped out jobs in my area, not taking less than $33 but hoping for $35 starting. I think people don’t realize how many specialties there are as an LPN and that the hospitals are just not it if you actually want to make money.

Wow PA is really the lowest paying state ever 😩 for lpn I only see jobs paying between $25-$31 out here 🤦🏽♀️

I’m in NJ and pretty much the same. I have a private duty 36 hour a week case at $40/hr and 1 15 hr shift a week at $34/hr.
