A razor can only cut hair to a certain length above the skin, so shaving a gazillion times isn’t going to cut it anymore. Shaved hair is also sharper and shorter, so on smooth areas like your legs or face, you’ll feel it more than say the longer hair on your head. Moisturizing with lotion will condition the stubble and make it smooth again. The reason us guys use aftershave.
