Let me be the first to say, there is no way in hell that the Clarity Act will pass this year (2026). The feckless Congress isn’t going to do anything meaningful law wise until after the mid-terms in November. They want to see the lay of the political landscape going into 2027. So, the Clarity Act is a huge nothingburger for this year.
