@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Zab Bite. They’re a Michelin recommended restaurant and are based in Vancouver. They specialize in Thai E-Sarn cuisine and honestly, I’m at a loss for words. This might be my favorite Thai spot in the city because the food is absolutely insane. Everything I ordered, I highly recommend: - Pad See Ew: the noodle texture was incredible and this dish was truly cooked perfectly to my liking. - Stir-Fry Thai Holy Basil with Ground Pork: by far my favorite dish of the bunch. I asked for extra spicy and they delivered. The fried egg was a perfect pairing with the meat on rice. - Shrimp Wrap: full shrimps in a spring roll wrap. Simple, delicious, crispy. - Mango Sticky Rice: amazing ender to the meal. I can’t say enough good things about Zab Bite so please give them a try if you can! I highly recommend getting a reservation because it gets busy in there. Make sure you follow me for more eats and cool things to do.
