@britscookin: Churro Cheesecake is always a crowd favorite around here, and the best part is you can make it ahead of time!! 🍓 ♥️ Here’s what you’ll need: ✨ Filling • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened • ½ cup sour cream • 3 eggs • ½ tbsp vanilla extract • 1 can sweetened condensed milk • ⅓ cup sugar • Pinch of cinnamon ✨ Cinnamon Sugar • ½ cup sugar • ½ tbsp cinnamon ✨ Other • 2 crescent roll dough sheets • Fresh strawberries (optional) • Extra condensed milk for drizzling (optional) How to make it: 1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, ⅓ cup sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup sugar with ½ tbsp cinnamon. 3. Grease a 13x9 baking dish and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on the bottom. 4. Lay one crescent roll sheet over the sugar. 5. Pour in the cheesecake filling and spread evenly. 6. Place the second crescent dough sheet on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. 7. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes. 8. Let cool in the fridge for at least 3–4 hours before slicing. 9. Top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of condensed milk (optional but so good). #dessert #FathersDay #sweettreat #cheesecake
