A tip for anyone that might want - this is completely optional but when I wash my salmon after curing I usually put in some rice vinegar and it makes it taste a bit better imo

Man Costco fully butchers the flesh when pulling the bones. I usually get the one with the skin still on. Throw the skin in the air fryer
