sb se pehlay body ko warmup krna zaroori hai soo 10 mins 6.5 speed treadmill then go to weight lifting ,strenght training k baad phir incline 13 or 15 speed 3 or 4 pr 10 mins krein

Wrong. Muscle gain during the rest hota hai. Aur Cardio and strength training must be done before an open weight exercise. Mainy weight loss aur muscle gain at the same time kiya with my aforementioned technique.
