when my neighbors were building their house they asked if they could use our water for a few days. i didn't care and I let them hook up. a week later they gave me $100 dollars. I tried to refuse but they ended up going to the city dept and paid my water bill. they are the sweetest people to live next to 🥹❤️

Having low water pressure at one house and not the neighbors is a huge sign something is wrong. They should have it looked into. They could have a leak in the street, before or after the meter, or a valve that’s partly closed on the distribution main, there’s different possibilities…he should definitely call DPW to investigate the issue
