Mary it’s actually kind of insane now. Since finding your page maybe 4-5 weeks ago I finally got it. And now my mind like…can’t spiral? Like I can see the thoughts come up and feelings whatever but the I’m just like “it’s just me.” And whatever illusion just kinda ceases and it feels like that scene in the matrix with neo and the bullets falling like idk how to describe it. 🤣 I remember some of my “ego” having a pushback with your vids early on but now I just get it omg it’s easy
