used malwarebytes to scan my pc and found nothing, but i have noticed my pc running a bit slower than usual like when I hover over YouTube video and it takes awhile for the timeline to show up and the option to pause

This might have been going on for longer, I remember back in 2020 my laptop had a strange incident where my cursor was moving and clicking things on its own. It was even typing for me and started saying “my name is..” but I got scared and shut it off. It never happened again.
