there are so little trails that allow horses compared to bikes so if its such a huge deal, you can always go to those or share the road. Its an animal, not another bike or a car, have some respect.

The thing is that horse can kill you, kill the rider, and kill itself all in one spook. So yeah pull over and wait a few seconds for the horse to get past you.

everything yields to horses. I dunno about you but I do NOT want to startle a 1000 pound animal into rearing and charging. a bike hitting you will hurt and probably cause damage. a horse hitting you is far worse
