I think they got the rights from the mask company not the movie company. So it’s not scream’s ghost face, it’s someone cosplaying as a scream’s ghost face

Paramount owns the rights to “scream” but the mask for ghost face is owned by Fun World. I believe that makes his rights easier to acquire and gives more freedom with cosmetics.
