Cicaplast Baume B5 is richer and more occlusive, making it a great option for a damaged skin barrier or very dry skin. Madeca Cream Time Reverse feels lighter on the skin while still providing good nourishment and barrier support. For this summer, I personally prefer the Madeca Cream.
