Nah they always be taking care of me. Got a $52 tip on a $52 meal once because they wanted to bless a good server they felt deserved it around Christmas time. Never been stiffed by someone else in the industry😭

as a server, my starting point is 20% and it goes up from there. Rarely have I ever undertipped, and if so it’s because the service was terrible but I try to have understanding always. on that note, I hate serving other servers

I’m a nurse but I occasionally door dash on the side for extra money and I had an order that was a good amount bc it was 2 and this lady came out and said she was a door dasher too and I said cool and then I looked at her part for tip and it was 50 cent I was like wow that’s crazyyy

I have never been tipped badly by another server or bartender. And as a bartender/server, ID NEVER leave less than 40% . If she’s hot I’ll tip 100%. Or a lot just because I’m vain….. if she’s a crap server. and my standards are low… because I’m in the industry. I’ll tip 40%. If she’s freaking amazing. I’ll tip 50% & up. If my bill is less than $20 I’m leaving a $10-$20. It’s BAD karma to tip someone in the industry badly. The energy you give in this world comes back to you. Weather it’s good or bad. Let it be good. 💗
