Stuffed Shells with Sausage and Meatballs 1. Brown Italian Sausage in pot for ~5 minutes on each side.  2. Add sauce and seasonings: - 2 cans Tomato Sauce - 1 can Tomato Puree  - 1 can filled ~3/4 with water - Measure seasonings with your heart - make sure to taste once everything is cooked and add more if needed!  - Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, onion powder, basil leaves(optional), and salt and pepper  3. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring at least every 10 mins  4. While that is cooking, form the meatballs: - ground beef  - Eggs (1 per lb of meat) - Seasonings (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper) - Bread crumbs - Parmesan cheese 5. Mix well. If needed, add breadcrumbs/tiny splash of water depending on if it’s too wet or dry. You want it to be wet/sticky enough to stay together when rolled into a ball.  6. Form into balls 7. Remove sausage from pot 8. Add meatballs to pot. Be sure they are all covered with sauce.  9. The sauce should be bubbling, cook for at least an hour depending on the size of your meatballs. Stir often gently as not to break the meatballs.  10. Cook the shell noodles 11. Make the filling: - Ricotta cheese - Mozzarella cheese - Parmesan cheese - Salt and pepper 12. Line the bottom of your pan with sauce. Fill each shell with the filling and make lines to fill the pan. Cover the noodles with sauce and mozzarella cheese.  13. Cover the pan with foil and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes.  14. Serve with sausage and meatballs!
