Abdulhamid Isa :
Hello everyone, please my question is during Obasanjo regime there is some security with Hilux car standing in every round-about in Maiduguri, and it was written on the body of their Hilux car 7 State agenda. So, my question here is what is the meaning of that seven state agenda, what does it mean, while there is no sign of Boko haram in that time?. secondly, the governor of that time was busy building security outpost everywhere in the state while there is no any sign of insecurity, what there are mean for that security and the building?
please ask Obasanjo and Ali Modu Sherif the reason of that two things.
