Use the calorie calculator on google, it helps give you an idea of your maintenance calories and then you can understand how many calories you need to be eating to lose fat and honestly walking is the best form of exercise when on a weight loss journey! Do keep in mind though 80%-90% of fat loss comes from a deficit. 💗

calorie deficit definitely helped me! I've lost 5 kg so far in 2 months. I also cut out alot of softdrink and sweet treats

Calorie deficit, walk 10k steps a day, 2L of water minimum per day. I also recommend working with a trainer who’s specifically trained for postpartum mums. I lost 20kg in 6 months you can 100% do jt xx

walking is so underrated!! whether its a walk around the block, a walking pad or on a stair master… walk, walk, walk! also have you tried the detox tea?! my mum used it and it aids in weight loss and gets rid of water weight, caffeine weight etc. and it actually works her stomach halved in size.

Calorie deficit and prioritise protein and fibre! Don’t restrict yourself, there’s so many ways you can incorporate yummy food that makes you enjoy losing weight. Don’t stress if you can’t do the steps everyday, I’m so slack with walking and have still lost 15kgs. I recommend @Eating With Chloe or @Chlo 🌸 The CS Method 🍒✨ for recipes while in a calorie deficit
