Maybe not worth it but…..hear me out…..Build a little corner shop cause I bet the shops are a drive away rather then a run down the road for last minute dinner ingredients etc 🤔

thats crazy and I just bough 1000m2 for $200,000 everyone go further out its cheaper land works out to be roughly rhe same by the time you build as sit costs can get high and you gotta use septic buy it's better than paying $350,000 for something you can't even swing a cat in I'm 23 btw so it can be done

Turn it into a community shared garden, place that the neighbours can grow their own produce in and have a sense of community. The Cockburn council already dedicates substantial capital—such as $7.34 million annually—to the enhancement of natural areas, parks, playgrounds, and Cockburn Resource Recovery Park management.

I wonder if it would be subject to height restrictions. If you’re going to build that small you would want to go up

either make it a park, or it should have been folded into the property next to it and sold as a bigger block
