(recipe👇) Glazed and Frosted Oreo Cookies It tastes better than an Oreo, it’s triple the size, and it’s less calories! Come on baby, this one ROCKS. Macros (per cookie) 50 calories, 8g protein, 1g fat, 4g carbs (160g protein for the entire thing) Ingredients for Wet Ingredients: 340g or 1 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt 1 Medium Egg 14g or 1tbsp Light Butter, Melted Ingredients for Dry Ingredients: 25g or 5tbsp Black Cocoa Powder 25g or 3 1/2tbsp All Purpose Flour 14g or 2tbsp Coconut Flour 2 Scoops Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend or Casein Protein Powder 60g or 5tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 60g or 5tbsp Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 6g or 1tsp Baking Soda 1g or 1/2tsp Salt Ingredients for Frosting: 170g nonfat greek yogurt 1.5 scoops protein powder Toppings (optional) 3 Oreos, Crushed Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grab a mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix. 3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients. Mix. 4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and avoid clumping. Mix again. 5. Add cookie dough to fridge for 15 minutes. 6. Grab 2 cookie sheets. Spray both with cooking spray or add parchment paper. Add 10 formed cookies to each cookie sheet (make them into small cookies they will expand a lot while baking). 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (take out slightly underdone as they will cook out of the oven). 8. While cookies are cooling grab mixing bowl and add ingredients for frosting. Mix. Top cookies with mixed frosting and ingredients for topping. Let cookies cool in the fridge for 1+ hours so frosting thickens (it gets thicker the longer it’s refrigerated). Then enjoy!
