as a father of a daughter myself, I have been put in this exact same situation at the Ontario Mills. I had to change my daughter when she was 6 months old and there was no changing station in the men's room, they did not have a family bathroom they had a maternity room and I was not allowed inside. I went into the women's room, announced my presence and reason I was in there very loudly. there were two women upset that I was in there and called the police, but there was an older woman who helped me. when the police arrived the old woman got in their face and told them it was disgusting that there were no changing stations in the men's room. it was thanks to that older woman that the police actually heard me out and understood that all it was trying to do was change my daughter's diaper. about a year after this incident they installed changing stations in the men's room and built a family bathroom. I don't know where the old woman is now, or how she's doing, but I just wanted to say thank you Julia, I will never forget you. ✌️❤️
