Ingredients Fritter Bites * 2 cups all-purpose flour * ⅓ cup sugar * 2 tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * 1 tsp cinnamon * 2 eggs * ¾ cup milk * 2 tbsp melted butter * 1 tsp vanilla * 2 cups peeled, diced apples Glaze * 1 cup powdered sugar * 2–3 tbsp milk * ½ tsp vanilla Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. 2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples. 4. Heat oil to about 350°F. 5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil and fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden. 6. Drain on paper towels. 7. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm fritter bites.
