My girl just turned 3 and I had to tell the educators to cap her nap at 1 hour max. I feel really bad about it because I’m sure they like the quiet time too, but she wasn’t going to bed until like 9 pm

Honestly I LOVE when parents give an accurate handover about eating sleeping etc. like 100% tell me because it means I can care for them better. He hasn't slept? maybe I won't have them do laps and end up with him crying and emotional and violent from utter exhaustion at 11am when he's here til 6

I’ve had poops on the way to daycare but I’ve always asked to used the parents room to change them before dropping off. It’s not that hard 🤦🏻♀️. And having a kid with ASD the shoes are usually in the bag and we usually rock up at 8:40 in pjs cause we pick our battles 😅
