We have now collected 1.6 million kg of plastic from Indonesia’s rivers. Every kg collected has gone through our thorough sorting process at one of our 8 sorting facilities. Our work on the field, whether it be our barriers or our cleanups, are only half the battle — the other half is what happens to the trash we collect. We categorize our waste into 30+ material categories before processing the waste for recycling.

Day 57 of paying off over $100K worth of debt, one micropayment at a time. 💸 Today the wheel landed on Family Debt 1, so we sent $5 toward it. It’s not a huge payment, but that’s kind of the whole point of this challenge. Some days are big, some days are tiny, but every little bit keeps us moving forward.
