An actual Dr said that only the IV form has shown any improvements. And the US doesn’t have any of the IV form.

It didn’t do anything for my neuropathy but it did help lower my HgA1c and helped keep it down. I buy mine in the grocery store in the vitamin and supplement section for less than half of this price.
