Another suggestion, change the opening hours and open up early with a limited menu for lunch. Think light Indian meals. I can see currently the restaurant is only open for 4 hours a day

Is it the right location for the business? Is there foot traffic? Are you open when the people are around? How many other restaurants in the street offer the same product? What is the local demographic and do they want what you offer? Is the area going to grow?
