@laurengerrypt: Episode 14 of ✨Machines Made Simple ✨ Today we are going through the squat rack 💪 You can do soo many exercises on this machine but today we are going through the barbell back squat 🙌 A barbell squat is a compound movement (working more than 1 muscle group) and is going to strengthen quads, hamstrings and glutes🍑 I know a lot of women avoid this machine as it looks very scary but hopefully this video helps and you can give it a try 🤩
