Act as if you’re shaving your leg, as if there’s something under your chin you need to keep there & tuck your spine in. Sit back (try against the wall) leading with your bum. Once your butt can’t sit back anymore stop lowering the weights & slowly rise while feeling as though you’re spreading the floor with your feet. If you still can’t put one leg on a wall and try one leg, sitting back until your bum touches your heel/the wall and back up

The key is to make sure your arms stay at your side and close to your legs and shoulders pushed back! It took me FOREVER to figure them out and I wish someone had told me that

girlll i struggled 😭the trick is try to look in between your legs as you push your butt almost as if you’re touching your toes and trying to touch the wall with your butt

You’re lowering your torso instead of leading with your hips. Push your hips back stop just below the knee and shoot back up. Don’t try to reach lower that’s what is putting pressure on your lower back. Keep your spine neutral, core should be active and supporting the movement, push hips straight back until you can’t any more then stand and squeeze glutes.

What has worked for me is thinking about it as a movement that comes brom the hips pushing them back that's what makes you bend down instead of bendi y down then moving back
