WD40 contains oil. It's listed on their MSDS sheet or just Google WD40 ingredients. Never put oil on your belts. It will deteriorate the rubber.

Есть специальные спреи против свиста ремня. Причина свиста, при с исправных подшипниках роликов естественно, износ поверхности ролика. Ремень полирует ролик от этого и свист при трении. Специальный спрей содержит не смазку, а мелкий абразив, то есть матируется поверхность исключая свист.
