Things you’ll need:
• Chawan (or any bowl) 🥣
• Scale (or a teaspoon + measuring cup)
• Sifter (optional)
• Electric frother (important for getting that fluffy, creamy matcha texture)
Ingredients:
• 4g matcha powder (about 1.5–2 tsp) 🍵
• 40ml barista blend milk (important for the fluffy texture) 🥛
• 80–100ml milk of your choice
• 5ml sweetener of your choice
Step-by-step:
1. Sift 4g matcha powder into your chawan/bowl.
2. Add 40ml barista blend milk.
3. Froth with an electric frother until fluffy and smooth.
4. Add 5ml maple syrup or your sweetener of choice.
5. Pour 80–100ml milk of your choice into a glass with ice.
6. Pour the fluffy matcha on top.
7. Mix and enjoy !
