I’m three weeks in and I gag at the thought of eating potatoes and anything heavy. I can bring myself to eat rice that’s about it with a protein.

I use 7.5mg every 6 days and started whilst 13% body fat and bang on 12st and have gained 3kg body weight in 6 weeks but dexa scan shows im now down to 10% body fat and that's me in a surplus of 800-1000kcals (3300-3500kcals) on training days and just maintenence calories (2500kcals) on rest days. been running reta on and off since late 2021 so I can agree and disagree with what your saying to a certain extent. I'm now 43 and in best shape of my life.

I’m on Reta. Also eat clean and make sure I get protein. Collagen, KLOW and pumpkin seed oil. My hair is amazing. So much growth and thickness and I only go grey
