There is always a path to peace that doesn't require violence, having the will to act upon it is the deciding factor. Peaceful resolutions are possible, but there is a saying that I will admit is something that is accurate to the people running the governments of the world. "Only those who cannot use words to form an intelligent and peace bearing response, resort to idiocy and violence". This is evident with many things happening in our world, and it does apply to Ramattra. He believes that what he is doing will bring about peace, but all it is doing is showing humans and Omnics alike that he is someone who is angry, and cannot see past his hatred. This is evident in how he treats Genji, as well as most other humans, and it also shows in how he subjugates Omnics. His choice to take away choice from others shows his lack of faith in his own kind, so in reality, he doesn't actually fight for his people, he fights for the same cause he originally did. That cause is one all too familiar too, Assimilation and Extermination. Ramattra is not a savior, he is a dictator.

Tbh, shion is literally just mocking herself as well as humanity with the way she acts, she obvs doesn’t like humans but I don’t think she’d like other omnics in an emotional way with how she became after her lore

She does have a point. Whereas Shion has power within the systems of humanity and can control those who used to despise and dominate her own, Ramattra sought to subjugate those who didn't believe in his vision, effectively enslaving his own kind like those he despises the most. If anything, if Ramattra wanted peace for the omnics, he should have looked past the hatred some humans still have towards omnics, and strived to work with the ones who are more accepting.
