@itseren18: You need to try this … For the Dough: 1 cup warm milk (200 ml) 1 cup warm water (200 ml) ½ cup vegetable oil (125 ml) 1 egg white 10 g instant yeast 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 4½–5 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder For the Filling: Chocolate spread or chocolate pieces For the Topping: 1 egg yolk Powdered sugar Instructions: Combine all the dough ingredients and knead until you have a soft dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add the cocoa powder to one half and knead until fully incorporated. Let both doughs rise for 40 minutes. Roll out the plain dough and place the cocoa dough in the center. Fold and seal the plain dough around it. Roll it out again into a large circle and cut into triangles. Place chocolate on the wide end of each triangle and roll up into croissant shapes. Let them proof on the baking tray for 30 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve. 🍫🥐✨ #asmr
