i had this problem for months! Have you tried making a stiff starter? i found that it makes the starter much stronger. Also i started kneading the dough for like 10min just after making it before all the stretch and folds.

I’ve watched thousands of TikTok’s and after a few loaves I noticed my oven is not hot enough and I need to cook longer than what’s usually been recommended! And get a thermometer!
