People who say lightning rod on sceptile is bad are just not good in competitive Pokémon 😭 it’s just sad that sceptile lacks good moves, if it would have Draco meteor or even better coverage moves this thing would skyrocket in usage

mega sceptile base speed 145. mega swampert speed 70 but with rain Is X2 so mega swampert base speed x rain = 140 if both Pokémon focus stats on speed mega sceptile Is faster for 5 points of speed
