Same brother. I am 34 , I open up the laptop trying to play something to pass the time but eventually I don't. It doesn't fill me anymore. Nothing. I Just sit on my balcony and stare the mountains.

I cut off internet. Then for a few hours it is boring, starring at the ceiling, but after that I get up to do something simple and I put all of my focus there. At some point small things starts to make me happy - the clouds, the wind.. The way my pets love me. It is in fact the damn phone.

Geht mir auch so. Zwei Mädels Zuhause, die Dame muss öfter einfach mal raus mit Freundinnen und Co. um etwas dem Alltag zu entfliehen und Sie bekommt auch jeden Freiraum den Sie braucht. Wenn dann Frau und Kids außer'Haus sind und man selbst kein Plan mehr hat wie man seine Freizeit alleine gestalten soll, weil Freunde direkt immer eskalieren ( Partys, Alkohol ), dann wirds schon echt einsam zwischendurch. Früher hat mich Autofahren noch tiefenentspannt, ich liebe es immer noch, auch beruflich...aber das Freiheitsgefühl ist lange nicht mehr so im Kopf wie früher. Natürlich macht die Familie Glücklich - doch in den Stunden allein ist's oft wie Einzelhaft im eigenen Mopf.
