Put a small amount , less than half is more than enough. Also leave the coal to cool down a bit . Like 7-10 minutes. Dont put the bakhoor straight on top of the coal , put it on the side of it . Its gonna burn the bakhoor slowly and there wont be any burning smell afterwards 👌
