I’ve never heard of a promotion with no additional compensation, if anything they add responsibility and keep you in the same role.

Take the promotion and tank the company. When they ask what happened, tell them they get what they pay for. You already got the promotion and you’ll be able to take that to another company and get ACTUAL better pay😂😂😂
