@lunch_o_clock: Fritters?! The kind of humble side dish our grandmas used to make at home. Tofu, meat, corn, seafood, enoki mushrooms, cabbage, you name it. I grew up eating them, and over the years, I've learned how to make them all beautifully. 👏🏻😋 Ground Beef Tofu Fritters 🔥 👉🏻 Main: • Ground beef, about 200 g • Firm tofu, about 80 g 👉🏻 Seasoning & Binder: • 1 green onion, chopped • ¼ onion (about 25 g), finely chopped • 1 egg • ½ tsp white pepper powder • 1 tbsp soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee First Draw Soy Sauce) • 1 tbsp sesame oil (Ottogi) • 1 tbsp potato starch • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour 👉🏻 For Pan-Frying: • About 2 tbsp cooking oil Juicy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying, one bite and you'll understand why this has quietly become one of my all-time favorite fritters. Serve them fresh off the pan with steamed rice, dip them in your favorite chili sauce, or enjoy them as a side dish alongside noodles and vegetables. They're incredibly versatile and satisfying!!.👏🏻😋
