for those who want to use hirara, prio 1st skill then build cdr items like magic shoes, hunter strike, war axe and queen's wings, which acts as her core items. You will see how much faster her 1st skill cd is, together with her passive. I highly recommend 1st skill max for 4s 1st skill cd
